How do you replace the spark plugs?

If the spark plug bolt size is 9/16 then I would advise having someone with the experience & tooling to do so. Because these spark plugs have a history of breaking in the cylinder head and parts of the spark plug fall into the combustion chamber. You'll need a professional to do this job. Search on Youtube for ford 5.4l spark plug removal to see how its is done & tooling used to remove the spark plugs.
