How do I access the heaterand blower assembly in my 05 echo

1. Remove glove compartment door
2. Remove Engine ECU
3. Remove air duct (motor cover)
4. Remove blower motor (disconnect electrical connector, remove 3 screws).

Thankyou promechanic I cant seem to see how the duct comes off I only see 1 screw and removing it didnt seen to loosen the duct/cover at all what am I missing?

Here is a pic from the factory service manual. This is how it says to remove it:
Disconnect:
-Control Link
-Connectors
-Connector Clamps
-Wire Harness Clamps
Remove the screw
Release the claw and remove the air duct
