My car wont shift out of park. Even pushed the release button and it unlocked but wont move out of park

You may have a broken cable or it's clamp has broken. Disconnect at trans where shone and have someone see if they can shift with the brake on. It could either be a broken cable if cable moves then it's an internal problem on trans. Of course the shifter may be bad as well
