It was -17 degrees this morning when I started my vehicle. The blower for the heat was not working until I put it on high. I tried to restart the car and with it off and go through each speed setting. Still nothing, except for on high. Any ideas on what I need to do or replace?

Probably a bad blower resister. That's usually located in the blower housing, right near the blower motor.
