I have a problem with my car breaks, there is a noise in the anti breaks in addition the dashboard shows the ABS and VSC should be checked.

If I press the breaks I feel a vibration?

The vibration may be out of round rotors. You need them checked

the abs is on indicating a failure and is out of service till repaired.

Get the code for us to further help you

All the pads and rotors?

If the abs light is on, they are not functioning.

It could still be the rotors. Did you torque all the wheels to manufactures specs? If not, you can warp brand new rotors

You need a scan tool to retrieve the trouble codes.

Problem seems like a fault with the ABS modulator and the trouble code would tell us more about the problem.
