Can a bad starter drain the battery?

2005 jeep larado,ran tests on battery,alt.,and starter.only thing comes up is a bad starter. OR IS THERE SOMETHING ELSE DRAINING MY BATTERY?

What do you mean only thing that comes up is the starter?

the auto parts store tested the battery ,alt. ,and starter. their machine said that the starter was the only thing showing that was bad.

Anything is possible they usually dont drain the battery.But if the starter is bad i would replace it before it leaves you stranded. If the battery continues to drain you will have to have a parstic draw test performed.
