I was wondering how many hours total labor would it be to replace air compressor, rear shocks, mass air flow sensor, fuel pump, and oil change. The mechanic charged us for 14.15 hours which was way more than I originally was told it would be however they said they ran into problems.

Well you might want them to stick to their original quote. Not much you can do about it after the fact though. Try the state if they have an auto regulation for going over the quote but dont' expect much. Most places only charge for quote.
