Power steering pump

I a honda civic vti 2005 and I am hearing strange sounds coming from the power steering pump especially when am mounting a steep slope and when turning.
is the pump is going dead or the pipes are blocked?

what is your opinion Sir?

Check if it needs fluid and bleeding-if okay have it further checked out, the pump could be on its way out-
