My battery seems to be overcharging, when I first heard a noise under the hood I found out it was the battery when I checked the fluids in the battery there was none, I bought a new optima battery then I heard a whistling noise and my battery was flexed outward and it was really hot so I thought maybe my alternator but when I called a autoparts store they said there is no alternator for a 2005 honda accord hybrid. So I dont know what to do now because the battery seems to be overcharging and it gets hot after driving for like 2 and a half hours or more

First, there is an alternator.

You need a special tester for the hyrid to verify its failure. You need a shop not a parts store to help with this as a hybrid has different controls and is very dangerous for you to attempt any repairs like this.
