I'm servicing my own car and wanted to how to change the fuel filters, cause when I'm driving the car and go to accelerate feels like there ain't enough power running through the engine every time I accelerate if you know what I mean? I'm just replacing oil, coolant and all filters and just clean and double check the engine to see if all is good to go.

Check exhaust tract as well. Sometimes catalytic converters collapse in on themselves. You can check this by hitting the converter with your hand and listening for loose material. I am giving you a link to further explain, test and diagnose the most common issues with a loss of power. Just use link below;
