2005 GMC C1500 front brakes drag when hot

front brakes drag after driving it for about 5 min, have to stop for a few min and then it will stop dragging for a few min and will start again, but if it drags and I stop and turn off the truck and start it , it will go for a few mins again then it will drag again, I repeat the off and on till I get back to the house, front calipers , hoses, rotors, replaced, pulled the vac off when the rotors are locked and it still wont release, new hub bearing, I was told it could be the abs module, if so does it have to be program when a new one is installed or will it learn itself, it is my nephew truck and he is trying to get it ready to go back to college, any help is greatly appreciated,
