2005 Ford Territory Heater fan

How do I change a heater fan in my car it stopped working yesterday. Then come on making a noise today after I went over a bump also cd are stuck in CD player Is there a video I can look at to change this or where can I take it to. (Not ford they charge to much). Thanks

There should be a small hole somewhere in the CD player that will eject the stuck disc. It's paper clip sized.

As for the fan motor, check the ground wire. These sometimes tend to shake loose. The procedure for changing out the fan blower motor is pretty involved. I would go to the local library and see if you can check out a Chilton or Haynes manual for your vehicle as it will have very detailed descriptions and more pictures illustrating the process than I have access to.

If you don't have a library near you, or it doesn't have the book you need in the reference section, let me know and I'll go look it up for you.

The fan blower motor is in the passenger side foot well area. There is a cover that will need to be removed, as well as mostlikely the bottom portion of the dash bezel.
