2LTR MONDEO 05 REG DEISEL GLOW LIGHT FLASHING RESTRICTS POWER TOLD NEED ACTUATOR IF I STOP ENGINE AND RESTART IT RUNS OK FOR A WHILE. I HAD A BUMP WHITCH DAMAGED FRONT INDICATOR IT WAS REPAIRED BUT PLAYING UP AGAIN COULD THIS BE AFFECTING THE ACTUATOR AS ITS AN ELECTRIC ONE QUOTED £300 ISH FOR PART WOULD U RECOMEND AUTO ELECTRICIAN ? DONT WANT TO PAY FOR PART IF NOT FAULTY

Get an automotive electrician to troubleshoot the actuator circuit-who knows could be a loose or open wire then again could be coming from the computer itself. Is the check engine light On or has flashed? If so have the computer scanned for code/s
