MIL light is on constantly, took to local mechanic twice and after the second time the light came back on and locks stopped working have to push up or down manually. Town and country 2005 chrysler

You need to start by checking to see if there is power to the lock switch. It sounds like you are losing power. The most common place is between the door and door frame where the wiring runs through the plastic shield.
