What is a B0298 code?

This code, along with a P0300 code came up when Auto Zone put it on their machine. I don't know what the 0298 is and they couldn't tell me because they only do P codes there

I never found anything either. That's what they said it was. I'll try and go back up there today. My problem is that the car will go from 1st to 2nd just fine, but it won't go into 3rd. I'm just praying I don't need a new transmission! I can't afford 1700 bucks right now!

Ok, check the fluid lvel.

You may be looking at a trans failure.

Check around on pricing. The 1700 sounds a bit high

My husband and uncle changed the transmission fluid and filter this past Thursday. I'll check around, I thought it was high too
