I was listening to the radio before going into the store, came out of the store and now I can't hear anything from my speakers everything is still on but jus no sound what could it be

That's odd, but it happens. You need to check if all the wiring to the rear of the radio is connected. If it is, chances are the amp built into the stereo went bad.
