Speedometer doesn't Move when I drive, just stays at zero?

Hey so my speedometer lights are not working. The seatbelt light doesn't go off even when the seatbelt is plugged in. The speedometer doesn't move when I drive, just stays at zero. Problems all started happening when my buddy tried to hook up a new car stereo and wired it wrong. And traction control light isn't on anymore. The other day the miles light was on now that and the tc light randomely are off also

Have you checked to see if all the fuses are good? I would then next check all the computers for codes, you can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon here is a video to show you how.

This is a cluster issue, I have seen this problem before, you need to get a used or rebuilt cluster from ebay. This is how to remove it so you can get it fixed. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
