I have a Range Rover vouge 2004 my problem hard power steering after short time from engine start.

Check your rack to see if it's leaking, it may be leaking internally causing your problem.

Hi, Thanks for the reply, sure no leaks, some one asked me to replace the Body control Module I did (with a used BCM), the steering is O.K. Now, but the power windows are not functioning properly.
Do I need to do any programing for the BCM?

If it is apro model you should be able to do that but I don't want to tell you how to do it because you could make it worse than itis.
