I have a noise coming from the front end

I have a whirring/fast vibration noise coming from my front right when the car is going over 20 mph. The pitch changes with wheel speed but not rpm. The sound is not affected by steering. The transmission was replaced right after the noise started but did not affect it. The brake rotors and pads as well as the hub bearing have been replaced, but the noise is still there. It is not coming from the alternator or the steering pump. I am completely out of ideas because nothing looks obviously damaged or worn.

Wow! You checked basically everything. Check to make sure the backing plate behind the rotor isn't rusted and rubbing the rotor. Also, are the tires worn evenly? Are you sure the hub bearing wasn't over tightened?

Backing plates were replaced with the rotors. Tires and rims were replaced the same time as the brakes. Everything was tightened by torque wrench to factory specs.

Does the noise change with vehicle speed or engine speed? You've replaced everything. It has to be something on the engine.

The noise changes with vehicle speed not rpm. My next step is to tear down the entire front end again and replace everything else that has not been replaced.
