Ignition wont turn. Steering wont lock. Will not shift out of park

Have you tried using a different key? Also have you tried tapping on the key hole opening lightly with a hammer then tried turning it? Also turning the steering wheel while trying to turn it?

Yes ive tried all that. I was thinking it might be something to do with the gear shift

If it doesnt move at all I would say the ignition cylinder is bound up. Over time brass filings build up binding the cylinders I have replaced tons of ignition cylinders from all different cars from that happening.
