Shimming

My 2004 nissan sentra starts shimming when I get up to 70mph. I had the tires balanced but it still does this. What could be the problem

Your problem is going to be in the tires and wheels somewhere. The tires could have irregularities or the wheel may not be perfectly straight. This should be noticed by the people balancing but most of them are oblivious to what they should be noticing.
