Have you checked the fuse?
Is the wiper washer motor working?
Are all speed modes not functioning?

The fuse looked good but I am going to replace it today at lunch.
The wipers were first slow, then stopped then started then stopped all together.
All speeds are effected.
It is the front wipers btw

If the wipers started going slow before stopping, it could be the motor or the linkages. Lift up the wiper blades and test if the motor works. The fuse could have blown due to the motor or linkages seizing so if the fuse is blown, replacing it ight not solve the problem.
