I OWN A 2004 NISSAN ALTIMA AND THE TURN DIRECTIONAL SIGNAL ONLY WORKS SOMETIMES. WHEN I USE THE TURN LEVER INSIDE THE CAR THE FLASHING ARROW DOES NOT COME ON. WHAT IS YOUR MOST LIKELY OPINION OF THE CAUSE & IF YOU THINK IT IS THE FLASHER, IS IT EASILY ACCESSIBLE where do i locate the flasher, if you think that is the problem.

There is not a realy for the turn signals or hazrds. They are controlled through a, "Body Control Module", BCM.
So, I am attaching the diagnostic for when the bulb does nto work.

A better thing to do would be to go to an Advance Auto or an Auto Zone and have them pull the trouvble codes. They will do it for free.
The diagnpostic without codes is not very comprehensive.

If you need any further help. just let me know.
