where is the horn? How to get to it easily?

The horns (not the switch but the actual horns) are behind the headlamps check the diagrams below. I assume you are talking about the clock spring so I attached the process on how to replace this. If you are talking about the actual speaker for the horn, that is under the hood. However, normally an issue with the horn is the contacts in the clock spring and not the horn itself.
