Engine misfire? Tire balance? Where do you feel this, in the steering wheel? Seat? Entire vehicle? You need to add some details or observations so we can figure out what is happening.

I do not feel it in the steering wheel. It feels as if I am going over the rough part on the shoulder of the freeway.

The first suspect would probably be tire balance. A broken tire belt will also be felt at lower speeds. The people at tire and alignment shops are experts at finding the causes of noises and vibrations. They will inspect the steering and suspension systems, and "read" the tire wear patterns for clues. They will usually start with a test drive with you, then balance the tires if that appears to be appropriate.
