After the first snow when I finally got the car moving all the dash lights came on for a moment while driving ( ABS TCS ECT.) Then they went off and now the rear brakes seem to lock up periodically, not so bad that the tires wont move but the brakes are draging and the discs are getting hot not to mention the brake pad smell whats the problem? Can I reset the tcs somehow

The ride height between lower control bumper and bracket is 0.83 - 0.93 inch. Refer to diagram.

I don't think resetting would work. Seems the rear brakes are stuck and possible causes are :

1. Stuck brake piston.
2. Stuck Brake caliper slider bolts.
3. Stuck park brakes cables.

If vehicle had been parked for prolonged periods, it is possible for the brakes to be stuck.
