How do you change the back up (reverse) lights on this vehicle

The owners manual refers to using phillips head screw driver, but there are no screws in the light cover and there is no access door on the trunk to these lights.

The reply above refers to the tail lights, not the back up light. The back up light is located on the trunk lid, there is no access door on the inside of the trunk lid. There are no screws on the light cover.
