My jeep starts to make a high pitch winning sound when I accelerate past 10 kph it makes the sound when I am coasting above that speed as well. Sometimes it goes away but comes back quickly
It sounds like it is coming from the front right of the email car butbut a not to sure

The most likely suspect is a noisy front wheel bearing. You may be able to feel it if you raise the tire off the ground, then spin it by hand. Wrap your fingertips around the coil spring. If the bearing is noisy you'll feel the growling vibration in the spring.

A mechanic will find this by running the engine, in gear, on a hoist, then listening next to each bearing with a stethoscope.
