The most likely suspect is a noisy front wheel bearing. You may be able to feel it if you raise the tire off the ground, then spin it by hand. Wrap your fingertips around the coil spring. If the bearing is noisy you'll feel the growling vibration in the spring.
A mechanic will find this by running the engine, in gear, on a hoist, then listening next to each bearing with a stethoscope.
