Very intermittent. Seems one or maybe two cylinders. May only last for 500 metres. Often comes in when idling at traffic halts. Have replaced plugs at recommended k`s (120000), still no improvement, so then replaced coils. Same result. Very frustrated. Have spent over $1000 (and I can`t afford it ). Any ideas. John Stoddard

Are there no engine warning lights on? Does it do it in park too? Are there any odd smell when it happens? Are all the fluid levels ok? Im trying to isolate the problem to engine or transmission. Please don't think im being condescending by asking these questions. Open the hood at idle, do you hear any hissing? A vacuum leak would cause a problem like this. Let me know what you find
