Harmonic balancer removal

I have tried all of the usual ways, breaker bar impact ect. Without luck help please. I have taken off the fan the housings, the brackets the actual harmonic balancer flew off the truck on its own leaving the center piece behind have tried a breaker bar and an impact wrench and a lot of muscle and alot of person help but still can't get it to break loose please help thank you.

You may need a 3/4 impact to break it loose. it is tight

What bolt size needed to mount the harmonic balance puller on a 2004 Ford Explorer xlt with a 4.0 v-6?

It should be 13/16 or 20 mm

Putting timing chain in, stuck at getting harmonic balancer off and I need bolt thread size for puller bolts that thread into bolt holes on the harmonic balancer.

I do not know the thread size, but you can rent the puller kit from auto zone for free with a refundable deposit when you bring the tool back.
