I have a 2004 dodge ram had a 5.7 hemi in it. I need to replace it. Can I use a 2010 dodge 5.7?

We only recommend direct fit parts. As far as the engine, I'm sure it will bolt in for you, but other things are the concern. Sensors locations and designs could be different (and most likely are). To be honest, every time people change years when replacing engines, there are problems. I wouldn't recommend it.
