The fuel pump wont kick on which makes the truck not start. I had the oil pressure sensor code pop up so I replaced it and the code still pops up and the fuel pump still dont kick on

Check for power to the pump first. It may be a bad fuel pump.

As far as the oil pressure sensor, have the oil pressure checked with a manual gauge to confirm the low reading.
