my wife,s 2004 Dodge intrepid 2.7 engine makes a noise like a hydraulic lifter, only louder right after starting it. It goes away in 1 or 2 seconds.it disapears so rapidly I can't locate where it comes from. Have always done the maintenance at earlier than suggested intervals.and used mostly semi synthetic oil.could this noise be the timing chain ? Thank you in advance.
