My car is bucking at 40MPH. It was finr yesterday. What can it be

I drove my car to destinatio this morning about 11 miles. Upon my return the
car started bucking at 40 MPH or more. I had to drive it at 20-30 MPH.

If the check engine light has come on, have the computer scanned to identify trouble codes. Most parts stores will do it for free. If there is nothing found, check fuel pressure.
