2004 Chevrolet Optra jerking problem

My car has been jerking from the day I bought it and I took it for repair and spent a lot of money on it but it was repaired and after some time it started again and now, it takes long before it starts and after it starts and its being put in gear 1, it jerks heavily and when its on gear 2 it stops and work properly and my fuel consumes speedily

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure with agauge first auto parts rent it

According to my understanding, check your spark plugs and engine sealant, there might be oil leaks in engine, and it might come to spark plugs, due to which 90% starting and jerking problems comes.
