I was told the timing chain tensioner sumthin broke & shoved a piston thru the lifters? Can sum1 please tell me what this is what shuld I do & if its worth saving please.

Most likely will need a motor either new or used. It would not pay to fix this unit. Get bids on rebuilt and used motors
