Is there a "drain hole" for letting water out from the sun roof of a 2004 Buick Park Avenue?

There was water around the top of the windshield, down the side of the driver's door, and collected in from on the front driver's seat after a heavy rain. I have checked all around the sun roof itself, and there doesn't seem to be any problems, but I noticed in the front of the sun roof enclosure one hole on each side in the front, and wondered if these were drain holes that might be plugged up.
