THE TEMPERTURE GAUGE OSCILATES BETWEEN 1/4 AND 1/2. IS THIS NORMAL OR COULD IT BE A PROBLEM?

All the time? Or just after engine warms up? May be air in system or an electrical/gauge/sender/thermostat problem.

All the time. Seems to take its time to warm up and then randomly drops down to 1/4 and back
