My car leaks oil by the oil filter is this my coolant line or is there something else

I just change my oil pan gasket and know its leaking from the top by the oil filter
have the same problem?

I agree. Look at the mounting gasket, cooler, pressure switch and make sure the oil filter is not double gasketed.
