Just yesterday the tilt steering started to become loose-

I can depress the lever and adjust the tilt any position but now when it click into the position I want or anywhere inbetween. Now the wheel has about 2" of slop up and down. Not sideways.
it appears to be tilt only as the shaft I inspected doesnt move.

The tilt ahs support bolts that have come loose. The steering column has to be disassembled to gain acess. I suggest a shop as this requires special tools.

There is not a Saturn dealer anylonger all sold / is there any suggestions that I can do? - U Tube?

You dont need a saturn dealer. Any good shop can do this repair. Shop around as it is a striaght forward repair.
