I replaced the drive belt less than 2 months ago

I replaced the drive belt less than 2 months ago. Now the belt is still attached but torn. I checked all the pullys there fine, but what I did notice is the crank shaft pully wobbles a little. Any idea what caused the belt to tear?

One of the pulleys is bad whether it has a sharp edge or movement.

The balancer will wobble just a little.

Re check all pulleys with the belt removed. My guess is the tensioner
