03 Nissan Spec V whislte?

I have done a full tune up, and I have replaced the vaccum cut valuve, and the check engine light but it whistles when I accellerate(sounds like a turbo spooling). It sounds like it coming from under the car no check engine light is on an it starts a little rough (takes a sec) Not sure what it could be was thinking maybe the cat so I was wondering if I could get some help with this issue thanks

It sounds more like its sucking air under my car when I give it gas

Check the catalytic coverter for clogging. You need to remove it and visually inspect
