My service engine soon light is on, 2003 Mitsubishi Montero Limited, I took it in to get my oil checked and the code was p0741, what should I do, I just purchase this SUV as is. Help!

The code:
P0741 - Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Performance or Stuck Off

There are number of reason this code to get triggered. One of the likely reason could be the control module. That module is located under the dash on the passenger side.

I have attached complete diagnostics for that code. This will run down all the possibility of why that code got triggered.
Please note that Mitsubishi refer to that code at DTC 52.
