Can you tell me what the tourque specs are for the valve cover bolts on my 2003 mitsubishi lancer es are?

I am changing my valve cover gasket and want to make sure I don't under or over tighten the bolt when I put the valve cover back on.

So the big Ft.Pound tourque wrench that I have will not work for this. I need to buy an inch pound tourque wrench right?
