CHeck for fuses under the dash as well as under the hood.

Some fuses are under dash drivers side. Other fuses and circuit breakers are under hood in a fuse/relay box. In both cases the cover to the box has a diagram under the inside of the cover that will show position and fucntion of each fuse/relay/circuit breaker.
