2003 Isuzu Truck throttle

While running looses throttle. 160 days ago same problem had throttle pedal replaced cleared codes cleaned wire harness plugs on frame and the tac module at toms trucks. This is third time. They now say may need new harness. Truck starts up fine just no throttle. Short somewhere maybe what do you think

Im almost sure that's a wiring problem. That throttle pedal is easily tested by checking ohms across the entire travel of the pedal. If theres no change when he throttle is pushed then the pedal is bad. But since its new its not as likely he culprit
