2003 Hyundai Santa Fe Fuses

I have my ABS brakes grinding an so I read some where on the internet where I could just take out the big fuse. I did and it eliminated the ABS trying to work but also in the meantime it must have disabled my airbag because the air bag light and a few other TRS light comes on. I am concerned that in an accident my air bag will not deploy.

Are these guses tied up to one another as the lights coming on suggests?
