2003 Hyundai Elantra electrical shock, runs battery down

I have to start the car every day or the battery runs down. It will almost start with a jump, but then just clicks. It feels like it has a small shock when I touch the door handle, to get in to try boosting it. I have taken it to the repair shop, they have checked the starter, battery, and fuses. I did replace the battery 4 times.
