How much to replace a drivers seat belt in a 2003 Ford Mustang convertible. Is this something a handy guy could do?

front seat belt is about $160 for parts and about 1.3 hr for labor
and yes handy guy can do it

I would just add that you should never consider using second hand belts, as you do not know there history and if they have been over stressed in a previous accident.
