Whats the difference between cheap plug wires and more expencive wires?

That is a good question. The better ones have more insulation around the wire which will prevent arcing longer. Also, where the plug and wire meet is usually a better design that won't break down as easily. If you plan to keep the vehicle for a long period of time, get the better ones. If you plan to sell it, save the money and get the cheaper ones.

Just to add to this one the cheap ones dont hold up to the heat of the engine and get crispy and crackle if you move them after they have been installed after a while. Also if you ever go to remove them from the plugs they can get stuck to them and you could loose the terminal from the boot just from taking it off the plug. Listen to rastamaz if your getting rid of the car you can do the cheap ones. But on that car it cant be that much price difference for the good ones so if your keeping the car get the good ones.
